Contact Concern provides training for our telephone volunteers so they have the tools necessary to effectively handle and diffuse crisis situations. Area professionals lead classroom discussion for 25-hours, then our volunteers receive 12-hours of on-the-job training with an experienced Helpline mentor at their side.

The Contact Concern helpline operates 12 hours a day, Monday through Friday.
